If you are familiar with the basic Sahaja Yoga clearing, balancing and meditation techniques then this advanced series will help you to grow deeper in your meditation.

Enlightened Meditation

Over the 3 weeks, you’ll be guided by our team through the three levels of knowledge and meditation experiences – Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. No previous experience in meditation required • One on one help and workshops with Group Practice • Join in at anytime, even if you missed some sessions.

For newcomers and regular meditators. Collective meditation sessions presented by our international Sahaja Yoga meditation practitioners with clearing, balancing, talks and discussions on a topic of the day. Join us live on YouTube, Facebook & Zoom or watch a previous event. Zoom sessions are interactive so you’ll be able to chat privately with our presenters if you have any questions. Participants can join in at any time.

An interactive introductory workshop with experienced Sahaja Yoga practitioners to teach you meditation with techniques to clear your subtle system and help you go deeper into the meditative state. Sessions available on Zoom and YouTube.

The first of the 21 Series of programs for newcomers who would like to learn how to meditate. Sessions are aimed at complete beginners who are taken through various meditation techniques and are provided with resources so they can better understand the importance of meditation to attain mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well being.
