Each session includes guided meditation, balancing techniques, inspiring talks by HH Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga, music and discussion.
Live and recorded sessions are available on Zoom and YouTube, so you can join whenever it suits you. Join at any time, even if you miss some sessions.
