Our Sahaja Yoga meditation team will be visiting the South Coast region of New South Wales during September and October 2025 to offer free meditation classes.
Meditation sessions include a video presentation by HH Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga. Her meditation provides a unique experience of true meditation for mental, emotion, physical and spiritual well-being. “Only in meditation you are in present and you grow in your spirituality.” – Shri Mataji
