The Music

Our renowned Music group will be presenting their delightful and vibrant songs taken from countries from all over the globe. Their music can awaken and enlighten the spirit within and one can feel both meditative, joyous and uplifted in a most effortless and spontaneous way.

The Meditation

A guided meditation will include a video presentation by Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga. Her meditation provides a unique experience of true meditation for mental, emotion, physical and spiritual well-being. “Only in meditation you are in present and you grow in your spirituality.” – Shri Mataji

The sessions include guided meditations to help reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation plus tips on how to help stay in balance during the day and how to meditate at home.
