Sahaja Yoga Meditation Australia is pleased to invite you to an enchanting afternoon of uplifting Hindustani classical music by renowned slide guitarist, Rhitom Sarkar who will perform a variety of Indian ragas which are melodic patterns and modes of traditional Indian music compositions.
With participation from Music of Joy – a unique, multicultural band who will perform a wide selection of traditional Indian and world music.
Meditation
The guided meditation will include a video presentation by Shri Mataji, founder of Sahaja Yoga. Her meditation provides a unique experience of true meditation for mental, emotion, physical and spiritual well-being.

Workshop
The event includes a practical meditation workshop for newcomers and regulars.You will have the opportunity to learn more about our meditation with one-on-one sessions and clearing and balancing to improve your meditation experience.

If you are driving to the venue, parking is available at Goulburn Street Secure Parking (flat rate $15), 5 minutes walk.
