‘Who are We? Knowledge of the Individual and Collective Self’


Arrival 9:30am to 10am
Arrive for registration, live meditation music & welcome.

Morning session 10am to 12:30pm
Knowledge of the Self – Clearing and balancing and meditation using vibratory awareness.

Lunch 12:30pm to 1:15pm

Afternoon session 1:15pm to 4pm
The Collective – Advice on Collective consciousness and Sahaja Yoga in Sydney. Unity – Deepening the meditative experience.

Who should attend?

A full day meditation workshop for those who are familiar with Sahaja Yoga meditation and have attended several classes or have been practising our meditation online.

The workshop will cover topics such as clearing and balancing using vibratory awareness, deepening the meditative experience and collective consciousness.

Free follow-up program

Workshop will be followed by a special in-depth meditation program

Join us for our regular Saturday night program from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. On this particular evening, we will be celebrating the power of the heart chakra and using a number of elements to establish the qualities of security and confidence within us. We will also be listening to a talk of Shri Mataji speaking about the heart. This will be followed by tea and light snacks.

Free weekly classes are also available in over 80 locations around Australia.

About the Workshop

Lunch/refreshments: Lunch and morning/afternoon tea provided to workshop attendees.

Cost: Free of Charge. Our workshops are provided free by our experienced team of volunteers, as a non-profit community service.

Getting there


  • No physical exercises, postures or special clothing are required.
  • Chairs are provided.
  • Shoes are removed during meditations.
  • Please arrive from 9:30am to register, so you can be seated in time for start of workshop. (It’s okay if you can only arrive later!)
